Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests as they arrive, direct them to the appropriate person or office, and ensure they feel comfortable.
- Managing Phone Calls: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing basic information when needed.
- Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Maintaining Security: Follow safety procedures, monitor logbooks, and issue visitor badges.
- Office Management: Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, order office supplies, and manage inventory.
