Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled 2D Pipe Checker to join our team. As a 2D Pipe Checker, you will be responsible for reviewing and checking diagrams and designs in 2D AutoCAD for accuracy and completeness. You will also review SPECs in 2D AutoCAD and check drawings for NAVSEA compliance and customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect diagrams and designs in 2D AutoCAD.
- Review SPECs in 2D AutoCAD.
- Check drawings for NAVSEA compliance and customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience working with ShipConstructor or Navis software.
- 5-10 years of experience as a 2D checker.
- Proficient in creating 2D models of maritime piping systems using CAD software.
- Military ships or submersibles or commercial ships industry experience.
