Nurse Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Nurse Manager for a direct placement opportunity in Dayton, Ohio. This candidates will have 25 direct reports including RN's, health unit coordinator, patient care assistants, tech and supervisor who work days / nights all related to the ICU, and floor (standard and intermediate). They will help attend rounds and ensure the quality of care given to the patients, they will help make suggestions for patient care, mentor newer nurses, order supplies and equipment and manage budgets. They will also be responsible for all staffing and scheduling and future hires and terminations if necessary.

Shift : 4 10's during the week starting around 6 : 30am

1 week of manager on call

The pay ranges from $110-115K and up to $133 at the top end.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience is a critical care unit

OH RN license

BLS Certification

5 years as a nurse

3 years in a leadership role

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

1 year of pediatric experience

1 year experience in clinical research

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification

Experience with burn patients

Salary : $110,000 - $115,000
