Job description
Performs work order management lead duties for work order creation, completion and records functional areas, in the ESD module of SAP to ensure the accuracy of records used to construct, maintain and operate the company’s gas delivery system. Analyzes and corrects exceptions produced in the ESD module of SAP. Supports TFO Superviors with the daily work management activities.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Serves as the first point of contact for departmental and interdepartmental escalated issues and uses good judgment in taking action or notifying supervision.
• Coaches and provides subject matter expert guidance to business process representatives.
• Reviews work of other business process representatives to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Monitors work assignments and balances distribution in order to ensure that daily work is completed.
• Communicates and verifies compliance with process changes.
• Coordinates with Supervisors and QA's to assist with various leadership and administrative duties, may assist with training activity.
• Proactively identifies and addresses training or knowledge gaps and opportunities for process improvements.
• Provides training and guidance to new employees
• Serves on special projects and teams.
