What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Insight Global?
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the daily operations for one of our clients in Alpharetta, GA. This role begins as a 6-month contract with the potential for full-time conversion for the right candidate.
You will work closely with and report directly to the Financial/HR Manager during the transition of their office from Newnan to Alpharetta. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing appointments
- Sorting packages and mail
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Responding to emails
- Assisting with various administrative tasks.
- Additionally, you will support accounts payable duties as needed, ensuring smooth processing of invoices and payments using Sage 50 software.
Success in this role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
- Experience with accounting/bookkeeping, specifically Accounts Payable
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Plus/Nice to Have:
- Experience with Sage 50 software
Compensation: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including experience, skills, and education.
