Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our team by accurately inputting information from various sources into our computer database or applications. This will involve supporting time and expense entry, work management, invoicing, accounts payable, expense reconciliations, and other processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input information from a variety of sources into our computer database or applications to support time and expense entry, work management, invoicing, AP, expense reconciliations, or other processes.
- Run reports from various tools or systems and review data inputs/outputs for completeness and correctness.
- Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and requests as directed.
- Meet established deadlines and deliver requested information in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, timecard approvals.
- A go-getter mentality with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- No degree required, but a background in finance or business is preferred.
- Heavy Excel skills and experience working with financial software.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Quickbase, Oracle, Excel, PowerBI, Dynamics.
