What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Specialist position at Insight Global?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to manage and process payroll functions for our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now, strong knowledge of multi-state payroll processing, and a thorough understanding of federal and state wage laws. This role ensures payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing while providing excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries. This role will be onsite five days per week in Vancouver, WA.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 5 years of payroll administration experience.
• Experience processing multi-state payroll for at least 500 employees.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now
• Strong understanding of federal and state payroll regulations and ability to implement policy changes accordingly.
• Knowledge of basic financial accounting principles related to payroll.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including experience with ADP custom reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent certification/training.
• Experience with ADP Enhanced Time & Attendance.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification.
