About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join Insight Global as a People Operations Manager. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with site General Manager to establish a short and long-term strategic roadmap to achieve site objectives related to employee engagement, development, safety, retention, and building business value
- Oversee administration of human resources function, including management of recruiting, onboarding, employee development, pay administration, employee relations, and employee engagement
- Lead and direct the work of HR team members
- Represent the facility in Corporate led HR meetings and discussions
- Local implementation of company-wide initiatives
