Must-Haves:

• 3 years of experience in print background
• Experience in Adobe cloud - using illustrator, photoshop and end design
• Experience working in PDFs
• Mail merge in excel
• PC based not MAC
• Ability to multitask
• Client service will be communicating with nurses, Drs and other healthcare professionals
• Basic print and paper understanding

Day-to-Day:

• This individual will be working with an online ordering platform that allows clients to place orders seamlessly. Once an order is placed, it enters the production queue where team members are assigned catalog items, with the necessary paper and quantity already specified. As team members become more familiar with the process, they transition to handling pre-production criteria. Supporting all of Florida, our team processes approximately 375 orders per week, completing 60-70 orders daily. Team members are cross trained in various areas to ensure flexibility and efficiency. The team operates in a 10x15 room overlooking the production floor. The environment can be noisy and distracting at times, it is crucial for team members to maintain focus and productivity.
