Job Description
We are seeking a Process Controls Engineer for a 12–18-month assignment at a natural gas power plant. The role involves providing daily engineering support for plant operations and the Process Control System (PCS), which includes the Distributed Control System (DCS), Process Control Network (PCN), and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC). Key responsibilities include troubleshooting instrumentation/electrical issues, performing alarm management assessments, and leading remediation efforts. This person will also manage instrumentation/electrical projects and ensure compliance with industry codes and standards. Experience with Honeywell DCS, TPS, and Experion is preferred. This position requires rotational 24-hour support coverage, typically 6-8 times per year.
