Insight Global is searching for a Process Development R&D Chemist or Chemical Engineer who will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling up chemical processes for the production of petroleum additives. This role involves working closely with R&D, production, and quality teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process Design and Optimization : Develop and optimize chemical processes for the production of petroleum additives, ensuring high efficiency and product quality.
- Scale-Up : Lead the scale-up of laboratory processes to pilot and full-scale production, addressing any technical challenges that arise.
- Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure safety and environmental compliance.
- Collaboration : Work collaboratively with R&D, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes into manufacturing.
- Testing and Analysis : Conduct experiments and analyze data to validate process performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed records of process development activities, including experimental data, process parameters, and technical reports.
- Compliance : Ensure all processes comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Innovation : Stay updated with the latest advancements in chemical engineering and process technology to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
