Contract Length: 6 months, likely to extend
Location: Middle River, MD
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am to 3:30pm
Must Haves:
- Experience with process improvement across multiple different business groups
- Experience using Excel for data entry
- Experience identifying a problem in production and working to fix it
- Knowledge of data capture
- Strong organizational skills
Plusses:
- Experience in manufacturing environment
- CAD tools – AutoCad or Catia
Day-To-Day:
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to sit fully onsite in Middle River, MD. They will be joining a team of 3 and working to improve processes across all business units. They will be working to eliminate waste in terms of wasted material and wasted time.
Compensation: $20/hr - $30/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
