Insight Global is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our Public Safety Platform team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation, coordination, and support of our community. Supporting law enforcement agencies in their mission to enhance public safety through real-time data and technology.
Must Haves:
- 2 years of experience in program coordination or in a customer success management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities – relationship management is a vital portion of this role
- Foundational technology understanding: network implementation, IP based networks, access point networks, etc
- Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Criminal Justice or Public Administration) and/or applicable experience
Day To Day:
- Act as the primary intermediary between law enforcement agencies and the community, advocating for and introducing the Connect program.
- Prepare and deliver precise and timely quotations for products or services to clients, aligning with their specifications and requirements.
- Cultivate robust relationships with law enforcement, establish connections with businesses, and expand the business.
- Efficiently process incoming orders, meticulously capturing and inputting all details into the system
- Liaise with pertinent departments or teams to promptly fulfill orders and surpass customer expectations
Salary : $23 - $25
