We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Program Manager to lead initiatives in information security and identity management. If you have a strong background in program management and technical expertise in Okta, Active Directory, IAM, and PKI, this could be your next career move!

🔹 What You'll Do:

• Manage projects related to Okta, Active Directory (AD), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
• Coordinate with other disciplines such as SOC, Incident Response (IR), and vulnerability management.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the success of enterprise security programs.
• Oversee complex projects and ensure successful delivery.

🔹 What We're Looking For:

• Strong program management experience in information security and identity management.
• Technical knowledge of Okta, Active Directory, IAM, and PKI.
• Familiarity with SOC, Incident Response processes, and vulnerability management.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across disciplines.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and ensure successful delivery.

🔹 Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Security Monitoring Program (MSMP).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-level identity management and security solutions.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certifications.

💼 Position Details:

• 12-month contract to hire

Compensation:

$80/hr to $90/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
