Quality Assurance Specialist

Insight Global is seeking Quality Assurance Specialists (QAS) to join a large healthcare client. The QAS will be responsible for the configuration and quality testing of new and revised benefit plans, determining if claims are adjudicating properly, and take appropriate steps once testing is completed. You will also be responsible for submitting ServiceNow requests when testing templates need to be updated along with provide expertise on Projects, including testing claims provided by pharmacists, verifying that claims are processing correctly and identifying reasons a claim may be processing differently than expected.

Successful candidates :

• Have experience managing complex data and comfortability with technology.
• Diligent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work.
• Willingness to learn and interest in engaging with new information.
