JOB DESCRIPTION
Remote schedule sitting in Richmond area
This person will be responsible for visiting 1-2 career fairs a month- onsite supporting the construction organization hiring for technicians, engineers, trade labor & multiple other positions
This person will hold the relationship with the internal hiring managers within each business line
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
4 years of full cycle recruiting of construction/trades workers
Bilingual: English and Spanish
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
