The Regional Director of Equipment Finance will spearhead efforts to cultivate new business and sustain existing customer relationships, targeting companies with revenues over $15 million. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of remote work with optional office locations. The role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in equipment finance sales and proficiency in industry-specific tools.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal partners to develop new business and retain existing customer relationships, focusing on companies with revenues over $15 million.
- Work with Relationship Managers (RMs) and Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) to secure deposits and cross-sell bank products.
- Prepare necessary documentation and correspondence.
- Expand knowledge of equipment finance and commercial banking products.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and make referrals.
- Execute a call program to build customer relationships and prospect lists.
- Maintain a pipeline of relationships and prospects.
- Mentor teammates in various tasks.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant policies and regulations.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in finance, banking, or related fields
- 7-10 years of equipment finance sales experience (direct origination)
- Knowledge of equipment finance lending & leasing products
- Experience with SuperTrump (pricing model), Tvalue, Infoanalysis, and Customer Relationship Management System
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)

- Proven track record as a producer at an equipment finance company
Salary : $130,000 - $200,000
