Title: Revenue Cycle Analyst
Location: HYBRID – 1x a week in Yonkers, NY
Salary: $90K-$108K
Musts haves:
- 3-4 years’ experience in a Lead/Management position within a Revenue Cycle enterprise environment
- Strong working knowledge of applications required: EPIC, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Proven data analytics skills
- Great communication and ability to problem solve
- Bachelor’s degree
Day to Day:
Insight Global Health is looking for a Revenue Cycle Analyst that will work cross functionally between the central billing office and clinical departments. He/She will be overall responsible for identifying revenue opportunities in all aspects of the revenue cycle including Registration, Charge Capture/Reconciliation, Charge Edits, Denials Management, and Write-offs. This includes all aspects of the revenue cycle, creating project plans, and implementing operational and systematic solutions, etc.. This can also include providing analysis of financial data to assist management, department administrators and Chairs with key decisions. He/She will be creating, running, and analyzing AR reports identifying commercial and government denial trends. Including working with analytics teams to develop accurate revenue budget. Lastly, they will report their findings and results to identify and drive process improvement within claims follow up teams. This can also include presenting to leadership of provider productivity metrics.
Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
