Must Haves:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of hands-on Salesforce admin and business operations experience (full cycle: opportunity management, task workflow design, reporting/dashboard creation)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required through Trailhead (eg: Salesforce AI Specialist, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder)
Plusses:
- Bachelors degree
- Experience with Salesforce third-party integrations
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Process Builder, Flow, Apex, etc.)

A local non-profit is looking for a Salesforce Operations Analyst to join their Customer Success team in San Antonio, TX. The Salesforce Operations Analyst will play a critical role in driving client success and ensuring Salesforce
operations align with business objectives across all business units. The chosen person will be responsible for leading visibility and setting standards for opportunities, tasks, and reporting visuals with clear ownership and
accountability to empower teams and deliver results. This role will leverage expertise in opportunity management, including stage progression, probability percentages, and reporting, while driving task completion
and fostering collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and provide actionable insights that enhance client relationships.
Opportunity Management: Oversee the opportunity lifecycle, ensuring accurate stage progression, probability forecasting, and data hygiene. Collaborate with opportunity stakeholders to provide timely updates and maintain records that align with business objectives. Analytics and Reporting: Design, implement, and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance metrics. Generate actionable insights to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement. Regularly report on the progress and effectiveness of initiatives related to revenue assurance, client experience, and growth. Leverage analytics to drive decisions and measure ROI from implemented strategies.
Task and Workflow Management: Create and assign tasks to ensure timely completion and accountability. Monitor task progress and drive team members toward successful outcomes. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align Salesforce processes with business goals. Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Financial Services, and Enterprise Technology & Business Transformation to drive insights for scalability and improved client experiences. Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to stakeholders on Salesforce best practices. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry developments, features, and integration capabilities to further enhance utilization of Salesforce, collaborating with internal IT development team. Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders to drive product enhancements, process improvements, and service excellence. Recommend and implement improvements in documentation, agent onboarding, employee development, and business system workflows to optimize efficiency, performance, and consistency. Training and Support: Develop and deliver training to team members on Salesforce best practices and new features. Provide ongoing support to address basic user issues and improve system adoption. Participate in continuing education and attend meetings as required. Comfort with a work schedule that can be dynamic, including weekend training and holiday support. Performs other duties as assigned.
