Job Title: Construction Scheduler
Location: Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Alabama
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to join our team at the USACE construction office located at Redstone Arsenal. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our construction scheduling efforts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate schedule updates.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
- Prepare regular reports on project status and schedule performance.
- Assist in the development of recovery plans to mitigate schedule delays.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with Primavera P6.
- Minimum of 15 years of construction scheduling experience.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar credentials.
- Proficiency in other scheduling software and tools.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
