One of our pharmaceutical clients is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join their growing team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, general accounting, and financial reporting. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can support both internal and external audit processes and contribute to various accounting functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee inventory-related activities.
- Perform general accounting tasks, including consolidations, monthly journal entries, and support for cash flow preparations.
- Calculate Earnings Per Share (EPS) and handle share-based payment accounting.
- Conduct account reconciliations and support statutory accounting requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
- Provide support for internal and external audit processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field of study
- 5 years of financial analytics work experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and general accounting principles.
- Experience with consolidations, monthly journal entries, and cash flow preparations.
- SAP knowledge
Salary: $80,000-$100,000 (flexible based on experience)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm EST
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite & 2 days remote a week
Hiring Method: 6 month contract to potential permanent hire opportunity

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
