The ideal candidate will leverage relationships with local healthcare professionals, senior groups, and other resources to identify individuals interested in relocating to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new residents
- Build relationships with local stakeholders, including healthcare providers and senior organizations
- Cultivate leads and convert them into new tenants
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the senior living industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Cold calling and community outreach experience
