Job Description:
Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator
Duration: Permanent (FTE)
Type: Hybrid; 2-3 days onsite per week
Location: Newport Beach, CA
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with Salesforce Administration
- 3 years of experience with Flow (Salesforce Automation Tool - visualization)
- Experience working with Sales Data
- Waterfall/Agile environment
- Certified Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent communication skills and customer centric
Plusses:
- Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator, and/or any other SFDC Certifications.
- Familiarity with Salesforce languages and API’s - VisualForce, Apex, RESTful and SOAP.
- Experience delivering solutions that employ Einstein AI or Agentforce.
- Experience leveraging and configuring AppExchange products to develop a solution.
- Experience with Salesforce products i.e. Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Field Service Lightning
- Experience creating reports using Tableau.
- Experience with geographical applications i.e. Salesforce Maps.
Day-to-Day:
An employer for an advertising service company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join a team and work alongside important people that they will gather requirements from and work heavily with. This person will be responsible for managing Salesforce systems, supporting users, managing data, providing user support and training to maximize adoption, and using community sites with screen flows. They will be working with stakeholders to define system requirements and supporting corporate department requests. Majority of the work will be administration work.
Compensation:
$110k to $160k per year annual salary.
