Title: TEMP Salesforce Administrator

Pay: $26-$32 / hour

Location: ONSITE - Aliso Viejo (onsite 5 days a week)

Start: ASAP

Type: 6 months contract to start

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Business Systems Administrator with a business analyst focus to manage and optimize our systems and business processes. The role involves ensuring system functionality, improving user experience, and maintaining compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in both system administration and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Management & Process Improvement:
• Maintain systems, optimize workflows, and enhance processes for improved efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to define system requirements and propose enhancements.
• SOX Compliance & Access Control:
• Ensure systems and user access comply with SOX regulations.
• Act as a point of contact for SOX audits and assist with validation.
• Project Management:
• Lead projects to enhance system performance and track progress.
• Manage timelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• User Support & Collaboration:
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide support to internal users.
• Work with technical teams to execute projects and improve system performance.
• Ticketing Systems:
• Utilize SNOW & Jira for tracking issues and project tasks.

Education/Certifications:

• Salesforce Admin Certification (advanced required)
• BA certification preferred but not required

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience (5 years preferred)
