Position: TS/SCI Service Desk Specialist
Location: Washington, DC 20301
Duration: 3-month contract-to-permanent
Pay Rate: $30-35/hour (depending on experience)
Must Haves:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- High School Diploma
- Able to work swing shift (2pm-10pm)
- Active CompTIA Security certification
- 5 years of technical experience providing technical support to include password resets, end-user resolution and escalation, etc.
- UNIX and Linux operating systems experience
Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Tier 1/Tier 2 Service Desk Specialist who has an active TS/SCI security clearance to support a government customer in the Washington, DC area. This will be a Swing Shift position onsite. They will help support end users and field calls coming in. They will troubleshoot tickets, and escalate to tier 3.
Salary : $30 - $35
