Job Description
A client in Aurora, CO is looking for a full time Service Desk Technician II to join their current Service Desk Team. This person will be joining an established 4 person team to help support day to day IT support functions at the company. This individual will be the front-line customer service point of contact for any IT related issues via phone call support, chat support on Microsoft Teams, and in person requests. This individual will be utilizing a ticketing system to create, track, and resolve any requests that arise. Some of the troubleshooting functions could include password resets, resolving printing issues, and a variety of other technical problems.
This role will be a hybrid position, requiring 3 days in the Aurora office and two days WFH on Mondays and Fridays. The first 90 days of this position will be fully onsite and then move to the hybrid model once the 90 days have been met.
The salary for this position is $60,000/year and includes a benefits package that provides Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Long-Term Disability, as well as a retirement plan, PTO, and professional development/tuition reimbursement.
