Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule service appointments for clients, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address any scheduling concerns.
Manage and update service schedules using scheduling software and tools.
Collaborate with service technicians to optimize their schedules and ensure they have the necessary information for each appointment.
Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues related to scheduling.
Maintain accurate records of service appointments, client interactions, and technician availability.
Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate urgent service requests and cancellations.
Prepare and distribute daily schedules to service technicians and other relevant personnel.
Assist in the development and implementation of scheduling policies and procedures to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; a university/college degree is an asset.
Previous experience in scheduling or customer service roles preferred.
Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Salary : $41,600 - $47,800
