Site Leader

Insight Global is looking for a qualified Site Leader to join the team of a client of ours, located in the Richmond, VA area. The Site Leader will oversee and manage the daily operations and provide exceptional servant leadership to the team members to ensure the car wash is running smoothly, efficiently, and safely while exceeding guests’ expectations. Create a positive team environment of accountability and excellent guest service and assist with maintaining the facility and mechanics of the car wash. Work hard, build relationships & love people! In this role, you will train alongside our current Site Leaders and subsequently be responsible for the management of our Hull Street location (North Chesterfield, VA 23236).

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years management experience that demonstrates their exemplary management skills over a minimum of 20 employees including staffing, scheduling, training, and managing the P&L.

Pay / Benefits

• The expected compensation for this role is $85,000 annually ($55,000 / yr base bonuses)

Scheduling / Hours of Operations

Hours : Our Site Leader will work a minimum of 45 hours per week, usually five days a week. We try to honor two days off per week. There are some weeks you will be expected to work more than 45 hours per week if the demands of the wash require it. Saturdays and Sunday are our busiest days; therefore, we expect time spent working on site on Saturdays and Sundays. Once the team is trained there may be some flexibility regarding days of the week worked. There are also times you will need to stay for several hours after closing to work with our maintenance team, as there are some maintenance items that can only be performed after closing.
