The ideal candidate will have 4 years of manufacturing or production experience, with 2 years in a leadership role, and be bilingual in English (strongly preferred). They will lead and develop a high-performing production team to achieve quality and productivity targets.
The successful candidate will plan and control production schedules, inventory, and supply chain, and foster a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.
They will also ensure a safe working environment and adhere to safety standards.
