Job Description:
Insight Global is looking for a Survey Project Manager. The Survey Project manager will play a pivotal role in the success of our survey group, managing projects of varying size, detail, and complexity. With the flexibility of hybrid or remote work arrangements, you will have the opportunity to excel in your work. You'll be supported by a highly collaborative team of office and field staff and have the autonomy to manage projects from start to finish in an entrepreneurial environment. Our diverse project scopes in residential/commercial land development and renewable energy will enable you to cross-market and expand your skill set.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with and lead a team responsible for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing preliminary and final site plans and construction documents.
- Data Review: Utilize the latest technology and industry software to review project survey data.
- Site Analysis: Analyze existing site conditions and factors for development, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents.
- Supervision: Plan, organize, and supervise survey crews, technicians, and office staff members.
- Oversight: Provide oversight on large-scale ALTA surveys, especially those related to solar or wind power generation
- Construction Services: Guide junior team members in completing tasks such as permit applications, cut sheets, quantity estimates, and transmittals; organize site plans, construction plans, and related documents.
- Software Utilization: Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software packages to complete assignments on time and within prescribed standards and budgets.
- Professional Development: Attend paid training and development events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities.

Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
