Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR Generalist
On Site in Norcross, GA
$30-$35 Hourly Based On Experience
Duration: 6 Month Contract To Hire ( This will go PERM)
Looking to HIRE RIGHT AWAY!!
Must Haves:
- 3-5 years of experience with Talent Acquisitions and Recruiting and HR
- Need experience handling a high # of employees in the past (100 )
- Experience helping to Manage new candidate applications/submittals coming through online postings & internal tools (Sourcing experience)
- Strong experience with ADP
- Assisting with: Payroll, Performance Reviews, Terminations, Employee Relations/Investigations, etc.
Day to Day:
Here’s a day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Specialist/ HR Generalist
- Strong experience Sourcing and recruiting Candidates
- Helping to Manage new candidate submittals/leads coming in through online tool (recruiting/sourcing experience)
- Submitting Employee updates into the system
- Updating Internal offers – For example, promotions, transfers, updates, etc. into the system
- Assisting with onboarding requirements, as needed
- Keeping Employee Relations
Salary : $30 - $35
