Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into enhancements and upgrades for our ecosystem of HR tools, processes and systems.
- Support/Partner with the HRIS team to maintain process & procedures, documentation and functional specifications for HR technology and integrations.
- Proactively surface and solve complex and cross-functional issues before they create challenges for our leaders.
