Business Requirements
The ideal candidate will have minimum of 3 years supporting HR technology. Global experience is a plus. They should also have progressive experience with HR systems, processes and tools with the demonstrated ability to deliver processes and tools that are simple to use and amplify leaders.
A strong understanding of HRIS systems design, structure, data flows, processes within Oracle HCM is required. The ability to collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience is essential.
