Position: Technicial Program Manager
Location: Local to PHX (Hybrid-3 days a week)
Pay Range: 60-70 an hour on W2.
Duration: 9–12-Month Contract Possible Extensions Possible Conversion
Must Haves:
- 6 years of Program Management experience with enterprise level organizations, preferably within the Banking/Fintech/Payments/Payment Processing realm.
- Must have experience leading large-scale programs and be comfortable with responsibilities such as establishing/managing risk & mitigation strategies, being knowledgeable of escalation protocols, communicating status reports to executive leadership, etc.
- Previous experience working with tools such as Jira, Rally, Confluence, Visio, PowerPoint, etc. for documentation, tracking and presentation purposes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Information Technology, Computer Science or some related field is required.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
Plusses:
- Any experience working with tools such as PowerBI/Tableau/SQL for data visualization purposes.
Day to Day:
One of our largest banking clients are looking for a qualified Program Managers to join their growing team. These two resources will help lead two different large-scale programs. This resource should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. They should be knowledgeable of different risk & mitigation strategies and also have experience working with things such as escalation protocols and communicating status reports to executive leadership. This person would greatly benefit coming from a background supporting large scale programs within the Banking/Fintech/Payment Processing realm.
