Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager for a client, reporting to the Director of Business Intelligence, to lead the delivery of technology projects while leveraging business and data analysis skills to drive success. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business stakeholders, to ensure projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
This role involves gathering and analyzing data, building reports, and translating insights into actionable recommendations that shape strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has a track record of managing complex projects, preferably in a technical discipline, and understands business processes and process improvement. They excel at planning, coordinating, and delivering technical projects, fostering collaboration between teams, and documenting requirements.
The candidate should be comfortable working remotely, leading virtual teams across multiple time zones, and possess strong communication skills. Experience with project management methodologies, software development processes, and proficiency in tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel are required. This position offers the opportunity to work on various critical projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Compensation:
$90k/yr to $103k/yr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
