The candidate is expected to perform the following routine functions : Develop new business opportunities for the companys core offerings centered around aeronautical wind tunnelsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionPrepare and deliver technical presentations that explain the companys products and services to customers and prospective customers. Collaborate with the engineering team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support. Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up after initial meeting, and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities. Develop technical and commercial proposals for clients and negotiate contracts to secure new contracts. Coordinate with the engineering team to develop cost estimates in support of proposalsProvide technical training and support to customers and assist in the resolution of any customer issues or concerns. Provide regular sales forecasts to management, and work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proven track record in technical sales and business developmentStrong technical writing skillsStrong contract negotiation skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical topicsProper interpretation of design specifications, drawings, and schematicsFamiliarity with engineering and construction terminologyProficient in use of Microsoft Office and Word Processing softwareSelf-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to exceed sales targetsGood time management skills, high work ethics
