What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Support Specialist position at Insight Global?
Insight Global is looking for a Level 1 Technical Support specialist to join a team at one of the largest International Manufacturing Infrastructure Technology companies on-site in Rockwall Texas and Fairfield Ohio. This individual with providing technical support troubleshooting to internal employees across the company. The ideal candidate will be troubleshooting issues such as, but not limited to: password resets, connection issues, printer issues etc.
Must Haves:
- 3 years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist
- Extensive experience supporting Microsoft products/ programs
- Strong communication/ customer service skills
- The ability to be agile and implore deductive reasoning when solving technical support issues
- Experience servicing a high volume of tickets
- Previous experience reimaging laptops for redeployment
- The ability to research and learn independently
Plusses
- Diploma, Degree or certificate in computer engineering, IT or a related field
Salary : $20 - $23
