Location: Hybrid position based in New York City or Washington, DC (3 days per week in office)
Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Technology Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs on various technology platforms while effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct training sessions on modern workplace technologies including Microsoft 365, CoPilot, Microsoft Teams, iManage, and various video collaboration tools
- Create comprehensive training materials and documentation for both in-person and virtual learning environments
- Assess training needs and adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and technical proficiency levels
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth technology adoption and change management
- Provide post-training support and follow-up to ensure successful implementation of new technologies
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of technology training experience in professional environments (law firms, professional services, banking, healthcare, or higher education)
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 suite, collaboration tools, and document management systems
- Proven track record of successfully managing change and technology adoption initiatives
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
- Experience in developing both in-person and virtual training programs
