Insight Global is looking for a strong UX / CX Designer to support one of our enterprise clients. The team that you'll be joining supports customer-facing designs that focus on the improvement of the customer journey within all digital services. We are seeking a designer to support end-to-end UX designs and have a strong background in working within established design systems. Candidates will have a customer-forward mentality, have strong experience designing user-centered designs, can work within complex high-touch journeys, and be strong design thinker to apply design thoughts to execution. Candidates should be comfortable taking initiative, working directly with stakeholders, collaborating in whiteboarding sessions, and have strong UX processes to work in the day-to-day environment. There is a set design system candidates will work within, but there will be opportunities to make use cases for new components and visual aspects to be designed.
