Insight Global is seeking Remote Utility Rate and Regulation Consultant to join an Architectural, Engineering, and Construction company headquartered in Boston, MA. The role requires up to 25% travel to client locations. Qualified candidates will have 15 years of experience working utility regulations across state and local government. They will have experience presenting to elected officials, utility boards, and the general public, through public education materials, outreach sessions, and meetings. The ability to monitor projects and communicate with stakeholders while also providing technical development of Junior staff. The ideal candidate will also have proven track record of business development through cold outreach and professional networking.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Experience working with State and Local Government.
- Proven ability defending and communicating utility rates and regulations.
- Experience working with facility wastewater.
- Asset Management Experience.
