- Our Enterprise Product organization is seeking a UX Researcher to join our team. The UX team supports product design for dozens of enterprise applications across business units, including content supply chain, finance, data, AI and SaaS tools.
The ideal candidate has a proven ability to accelerate through ambiguity. They are comfortable working assumptions when requirements are fluid.

Skills and Requirements
Conduct UX research and present insights, tying directly to actionable steps to influence experience design strategyLead and facilitate discovery to define UX requirements with internal stakeholdersProduce relevant documentation, including user flows, site maps, and slidesConduct usability tests and present findings to ensure user-friendliness and adoptionProduce documentation, including user flows, personas, slides, etc. to inform interaction design processActively participate in team crit, giving and receiving feedback and providing quality control across all supported productsEloquently present findings to stakeholdersConduct competitive research and comparative analysis for enterprise-grade UX patternsDocument and present findings and usage guidelines with clear, concise communication (written & verbal)Compare and document equivalent UX patterns across multiple design system frameworks, e.g. Angular, React, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNowMap design decisions to best practices via research & documentationContribute to ongoing project initiatives, e.g. discovery documentation, site maps, user flows, and usability / accessibility auditsBachelors degree in UX Research or equivalent field5 years relevant user research experience working on digital experiences with a proven track record of generating actionable insights that resulted in measurable product improvements.Professional experience translating user needs into AI strategiesExperience with a broad range of research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative, across the various stages of product development (pre and post product launch)Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, driving alignment around user needs and incorporating peers into the research process.Experience planning and driving cross-functional, brainstorming activities (such as design sprints or similar exercises)Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening, interpersonal) and can present effectively to executive audiences.Working knowledge of FigJam; basic knowledge of FigmaExperience with UX research methodologies and data analyticsFamiliarity with design systems, especially Material Design a big plus.
