Responsibilities :
- Lead and facilitate discovery with stakeholders to define actionable UX requirements for product designers
- Produce clear concise documentation including : UX requirements user flows site maps personas slides etc. to inform interaction design process
- Conduct competitive and comparative UX research across a wide range of topics; eloquently present insights tying directly to actionable steps to influence experience design strategy
- Conduct UX and Accessibility audits and present findings to ensure userfriendliness and adoption
- Actively participate in design critiques giving and receiving feedback and providing quality control across all supported products
