If you’re ready to take your career to the next level, we’d love to hear from you!ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSOversee the preparation and filing of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.Ensure compliance with SEC reporting requirements, including the preparation and assist with the filing of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.Manage the preparation of quarterly earnings releases and related materials.Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.Ensure the accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end close processes.Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and fixed assets.Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal controls and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial reporting.Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address audit findings.Collaborate with the CFO and executive team to develop and implement financial strategies and plans.Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, regulators, and other financial stakeholders.Communicate financial results, trends, and insights to the executive team, board of directors, and investors.Identify and implement opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems, and efficiency.Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting and financial reporting.Requirements : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA required, MBA preferred.Skills and Experience : Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX compliance.Proven experience in managing accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.High level of integrity and attention to detail.Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
