We are seeking a motivated, hard-working, and experienced Programmatic Ad Specialist. This person has the potential to manage our technology efforts. This position will place ads, use keywords, and optimize campaigns for KPIs.

Responsibilities:
· Manage paid search and D2C campaigns, including development, deployment, and optimization
· Manage and improve SEO and PPC related processes and systems
· Deliver the most efficient results using targeted audiences, budget management, and bid management
· Monitor and optimize ongoing campaigns for peak performance daily utilizing KPIs
· Identify, research, and determine the best course of action to execute clients’ marketing goals, driving efficiencies and improvements
· Build reports for client campaigns, understand what performed well, how campaigns can be optimized, and provide recommendations
· Help guide creative based on performance and results
· Build a comprehensive understanding of each client’s business by analyzing industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to create highly relevant, effective media strategies.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, clearly communicating and consistently delivering a high level of service
· Stay informed on industry trends, bringing new insights and ideas to the team
· Draft strategic briefs and proposals and organize media plans, maintaining accountability for client deliverables
· Contribute to the development of marketing strategies for clients
· Contribute to the ongoing development of the agency
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
· 2 Years of previous experience in digital performance marketing with a focus on paid media buying
· 2 Years of Paid Advertising experience (PPC/Paid Search/Google Ads)
· Familiar with core SEO tactics
· Proven ability to plan, strategize, build, optimize, and scale paid ad campaigns
· Ability to plan a full-funnel ad strategy that blends digital channels using data-driven insights and planning tools, optimizing budget allocations and channel mix
· Experience and understanding of bid management paid search best practices, optimization concepts, and analytics tools
· Experience managing 8-15 campaigns simultaneously
· Organizational Skills and Multitasking Abilities
· Self-Starter – Ability to work efficiently and independently
· Strong Attention to Detail and comprehensive follow through
· Ability to collaborate with teammates and clients
· Understanding of marketing funnels, channels, attribution, and performance metrics
· Ability to plan a full-funnel ad strategy
· Analytical mind to analyze data and metrics and translate them into actionable strategies
· Ability and Desire to quickly learn new things, new ad platforms, and new tools
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Slides

Salary : $40,000 - $75,000
