We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pest control services, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective pest management solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of pest control methods, as well as the ability to drive to various locations and operate necessary equipment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues.
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used during each visit.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding treatment plans and follow-up services.
- Drive to job sites safely and efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is not required.
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively.
- Strong communication skills with leadership and team members in a professional manner.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
- Willingness to undergo any necessary training or certification related to pest control services.
