Core Responsibilities :
Support the CFO by managing various financial tasks, including payroll, bankreconciliations, asset reconciliation (cattle, feed, etc.), and overseeing accounting for smaller companies .
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to the companys ongoing growth.
Work with leadership to ensure smooth financial operations as the companyscales.
Help optimize financial systems, with NetSuite or ERP experience being aplus .
What Were Looking For :
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2 years of financial management experience (corporate finance, multi-entityexperience a plus).
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and advanced Excelskills .
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with leadership.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience in agriculture or tax accounting is a bonus but not required.
