We are looking for a Sales Engineer to support our sales team by collaborating with customers, providing tailored technical solutions, showcasing product demonstrations, and generating RFQs. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, connecting technical solutions with the business needs of clients across the United States and Canada. Exceptional communication skills and technical proficiency are key to effectively conveying the value of our offerings.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Sales Engineers to drive revenue growth by serving as the primary technical contact for small to mid-size clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying their needs within your assigned accounts.
- Handle RFQs and prepare quotations for spare parts and complete robotic kits.
- Work cross-functionally with teams in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product Development.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking daily activities and sales opportunities.
- Manage incoming leads and respond to customer inquiries and requests.
- Support on-site customer installations of robotic equipment.
- Travel to customer sites to gather technical details for project quoting.
- Represent company at trade shows to stay informed about industry trends and connect with potential clients.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in Robotic Equipment Sales or Custom Steel Manufacturing Sales.
- Mechanical Engineering, Mechtronics, Electrical Engineering, or Steel/Robotics background is a plus.
- Comfort with cold-calling and developing new customer relationships.
- Proactive and eager to develop new skills and grow professionally.
- Practical problem-solver who thrives on tackling challenges.
- Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays if needed.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to travel 50-60% throughout the United States and Canada
- Willingness to commute to Norcross, GA & Canton, GA

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
