Insightin Health is looking for an exceptional individual for the role of Sales Executive. In this role you will be focused on managing the sales process and funnel with prospective clients of Insightin Health within a dedicated territory.
Responsibilities
· Manage Sales Territory: Independently drive sales in your assigned territory to achieve quarterly and annual targets, while collaborating effectively with the team.
· Prospect and Build Pipeline: Utilize direct methods such as calls and meetings, as well as networking, to identify and qualify new prospects, continually building your pipeline.
· Engage Effectively: Promptly engage with prospects generated through lead generation efforts, providing valuable feedback to marketing to enhance lead quality.
· Sales Cycle Management: Track prospects through the sales stages within CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation of notes and next steps.
· Pipeline Management: Proactively manage current and future quarter pipeline, consistently driving progress and results.
· Drive Sales Cycle: Lead the sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closure, demonstrating strong negotiation and closing skills.
· Accurate Forecasting: Provide accurate forecasts of sales pipeline on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, contributing to overall sales strategy.
· Implement Business Initiatives: Execute business and marketing initiatives to drive quota achievement, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
· Account Based Marketing: Develop and maintain Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for key prospective accounts, driving targeted engagement and conversions.
· Articulate Company Vision: Evangelize the vision and positioning of our company and solutions, effectively differentiating our capabilities to prospective clients.
· Industry Knowledge: Maintain a high level of domain and competitive knowledge on industries and products, leveraging insights in the sales cycle.
· Product Demonstration: Effectively demonstrate our products and services, showcasing value and benefits to prospective customers.
· Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with internal team members and throughout the pre and post-sales process, fostering collaboration and success.
· Value Identification: Quickly understand products and services, effectively identifying how they can provide value to prospective customers.
Qualifications
· 3-5 years prior selling experience in healthcare vertical.
· Minimally 3 years of experience selling and/or working with healthcare payers.
· Documented sales success in prior roles.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· General computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and Salesforce.com
