We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to directly support the owner with office organization and tech support tasks. We are looking for someone who approaches this work with a spirit of “how can I make this better?” The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with impeccable attention to detail. The position requires coming into the office one day weekly - 6 hours per work (with potential for more later on). Walk away with $100 each week!
Key Attributes of this Role
**Provide direct administrative support to CEO
*Maintain filing system
*Ensure optimal operation of office equipment, specifically with MAC technology - must be tech savvy!
*Maintain workflow by analyzing and refining standard operating procedures
* Project management experience a plus
Skills and Qualifications
*College degree
*Proven administrative experience (all references will be checked)
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and MAC OS, with aptitude to learn new systems
