Position: Parking Team Lead
Reports To: Parking Manager
Part Time
Job Summary: Team Leads support the Parking Operation through team member management, equipment management, set up and tear down of events, and guest management of questions, concerns, or issues.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a H.S Diploma or equivalent unless currently enrolled.
- Ability to manage high stress, or high-pressure environments.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Able to be flexible and multi-task the responsibilities of the position as well as the responsibilities of those who are working on their team.
- Ability to communicate between management, team members and guests with a positive and solution-oriented demeanor.
- Preferred supervisory experience within a parking organization or customer service driven operation. High emphasis on leading and supervising team members.
Other Skills/Abilities:
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for long periods of time equivalent to or exceeding 8 hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to work the event scheduled which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work outside in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise.
